Winter Supper Club at John Whaite’s Kitchen

The Dining Studio invites you to book tickets to our winter supper club at John Whaite’s Kitchen in rural Lancashire. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy welcome drinks followed by a seasonal menu highlighting the best of local produce.
Guests are free to bring their own drinks to accompany the meal and there is no corkage fee.

The event will take place from 7pm onwards and tickets can be purchased individually or as a table of 8. Tickets are priced at £70 per head and will include:

Welcome drinks
Canapés
Four-course seasonal menu
Coffee and petit fours

Espuma of truffled celeriac with roasted hazelnut

Tarte fine of garden pea, goat’s curd and chive flower

Torched fillet of wild mackerel with compressed cucumber, sheep’s yoghurt,

dressed beetroot, pumpernickel and dill.

Pan seared canon of lamb with braised shoulder, heritage carrot, parsley pomme purée,

charred hispi cabbage and a rosemary jus.

Mulled wine poached pear with salted chocolate délice, cocoa nib soil,

syrup reduction and Madagascan vanilla ice cream.
